Design Axis is a student-led initiative created by Market Grade that brings the top young students in advertising, branding, business, graphic and web design, marketing and communications, photography and videography into the company, where they receive mentorship, paid work, and the opportunity to work with clients on real world projects (at cost-effective rates for clients) that kick-start their careers — with all the work guaranteed by Market Grade.

Win-Win-Win

Market Grade has been working with ACAD, MRU, SAIT and the University of Calgary to have students work under our creative direction so you can get high quality work, but at a cost that any startup, small business, or nonprofit organization can afford.  It’s a great way to give students real-life experience while accommodating any budget.

Social Enterprise

The Design Axis initiative is centered around the idea of empowering high achieving students with a passion for what they do to gain paid work while they are still students. We believe this will be a valuable confidence building experience for students while allowing them to gain the skills necessary to make the often less than smooth transition into the work world.
